The Roofline range is a particularly attractive alternative to timber, especially in those hard to reach areas where regular maintenance is difficult. That's why total replacement with our profiles brings permanent peace of mind.
In some cases, especially with older properties, that's the only answer. But, if the timber is sound underneath, you have the option of refurbishing by capping existing rooflines with special cover systems.
Either way, the first step is a thorough and comprehensive survey carried out by your Registered Installer. It covers everything from the condition of the fascia and supporting timber, to tiles, undercloaking and roofing felt. The installer will then advise you on the best. If they recommend replacement, you have the choice of selecting from our traditional 'square nose' fascias, Prime boards, with a round nose and smooth, modern appearance or decorative ogee design.
For refurbishment, the choice is between square cover boards, or the decorative Ogee option. In all cases ventilating the soffit will be recommended in order to comply with Building Regulations and prevent condensation.
