During the whole transaction we were kept fully informed of progress and timing. As for the windows themselves, they look very good and of pretty robust quality. I would like to record our thanks for the great job that Brackenwood have done with respect to the conservatory recently completed. The team who did the ground works and brick work were unfailingly polite and cheerful as well as commendably hardworking, neat and tidy. Then the construction crew who displayed similar qualities and a great attention to detail. Perhaps the greatest compliment comes from the contractor who fitted the underfloor heating who described the conservatory as only the second "perfect" conservatory he had seen in his four years of doing that work. The other one was a "Brackenwood" as well!
