I am writing to express my appreciation of the service received from the various members of staff with whom I came into contact. The salesman was helpful and informative when he called here initially and spent additional time meeting my wife and I at your showroom where he gave us further time and answered all our questions. The staff answering the telephone on the few occasions we called were cheerfully polite, your surveyor when he came offered further advice and the two fitters worked quickly and with the absolute minimum of disruption. During the whole transaction we were kept fully informed of progress and timing. As for the windows themselves, they look very good and of pretty robust quality. Already we have noticed an improvement in heat retention.
